White Garlic Pizza Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Garlic:
    • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
    • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Make the Roux:
    • Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to avoid burning. This step helps thicken the sauce.
  3. Add the Milk:
    • Gradually whisk in the milk, continuing to stir until the sauce begins to thicken, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Season and Add Cheese:
    • Season the sauce with salt and black pepper.
    • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until it is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Cool Slightly and Use:
    • Remove the sauce from heat and let it cool slightly before spreading it on your pizza dough.
