The Best Brownies EVER!

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix Butter and Cocoa:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and cocoa until well mixed.
  3. Add Dry Ingredients:
    • Add the self-rising flour and sugar to the cocoa mixture, stirring until combined.
  4. Incorporate Eggs and Vanilla:
    • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. Add Nuts (Optional):
    • If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
  6. Pour Batter into Pan:
    • Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
  7. Bake the Brownies:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, checking at the 20-minute mark. The brownies are done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the brownies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
