Six Minute Caramels 

Instructions:

  2. Microwave the Mixture:
    • Microwave the mixture on high for 6 minutes, stopping to stir every 2 minutes. This ensures even cooking and prevents burning.
  3. Add Vanilla:
    • After 6 minutes, remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Cool and Cut:
    • Pour the caramel mixture into a greased dish, spreading it evenly.
    • Allow the caramel to cool completely before cutting it into squares.

    • Once cooled, cut the caramel into bite-sized squares and enjoy the sweet, chewy treats.
