- Cool and Blend:
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor. Add the lime juice and blend until smooth.
- Adjust Consistency:
- Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if necessary. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a bit more water and blend again.
