No Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture:
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until well combined.
  2. Fold in Whipped Topping:
    • Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Add Pineapple:
    • Fold in the drained crushed pineapple until evenly distributed throughout the cream mixture.
  4. Fill the Crust:
    • Spread the pineapple cream mixture evenly into the pre-made graham cracker crust.
  5. Chill:
    • Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until set.
  6. Serve:
    • Slice and serve chilled. Optionally, garnish with additional whipped topping or fresh pineapple slices.
