Instructions:
- Prepare Dry Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the gelatin powder, 3/4 cup of the shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar.
- Stir until everything is well blended and evenly mixed.
- Add Wet Ingredients:
- Pour in the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly until it becomes thick and sticky.
- Form the Balls:
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- The mixture should be sticky but firm enough to hold its shape.
- Coat with Coconut:
- Spread the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded coconut on a plate.
- Roll each Jello ball in the coconut until coated evenly.
- Chill:
- Place the Jello balls on a baking sheet or tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
