Homemade Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients:

  2. Bring to a Boil:
    • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Simmer:
    • Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Cool the Sauce:
    • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the Worcestershire sauce cool to room temperature.
  5. Store:
    • Transfer the Worcestershire sauce to an airtight container or bottle and store it in the refrigerator. It should keep for several weeks.
  6. Use and Enjoy:
    • Use as desired in recipes calling for Worcestershire sauce or as a condiment. Shake well before each use.
