Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients:
- In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients: apple cider vinegar, soy sauce substitute, water, brown sugar, ground ginger, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, chopped chilies (if using), and a pinch of black pepper.
- Bring to a Boil:
