GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN LASAGNA ROLL-UPS 

Directions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Lasagna Noodles:
    • Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
    • Drain and set the noodles aside to cool slightly so they are easier to handle.
  3. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
    • Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Assemble the Roll-Ups:
    • Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture onto each lasagna noodle.
    • Roll each noodle up tightly.
  5. Prepare the Baking Dish:
    • Spread 1 cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
    • Place the lasagna roll-ups seam side down in the dish.
  6. Top with Alfredo & Mozzarella:
    • Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.
    • Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake:
    • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
    • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve:
    • Serve the lasagna roll-ups hot, and enjoy the rich and creamy flavors of garlic, chicken, and Parmesan.
