Fruit Salad with Peach Pie Filling

Instructions:

  1. Mix Peach Pie Filling and Pineapple:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the peach pie filling and drained pineapple chunks. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add Remaining Fruits:
    • Add the drained mandarin oranges, halved grapes, and sliced strawberries to the bowl. Gently stir to combine.
  3. Prepare and Add Bananas:
    • In a separate small bowl, toss the banana slices with the lemon juice to prevent browning. Add the bananas to the fruit mixture and gently stir to combine.
  4. Fold in Optional Ingredients:
    • If using, gently fold in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.
  5. Refrigerate and Serve:
    • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the fruit salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
