Making Country Gravy from the Mix

- 1/2 cup country gravy mix
- 2 cups water
Instructions:
- Whisk Together Mix and Water:
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together 1/2 cup of the country gravy mix and 2 cups of water until smooth.
- Cook the Gravy:
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Thicken the Gravy:
- Once the gravy starts to boil, reduce the heat to low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the gravy has thickened to your desired consistency (about 3-5 minutes).
