Instructions:
- Prepare the Pan:
- Line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving a slight overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
- Melt the Chocolate and Butter:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Melt over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fully melted. Be careful not to overheat or burn the mixture.
- Add Flavorings:
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the apple drink mix, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the apple flavor and spices are evenly incorporated.
- Layer the Fudge:
- Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the fudge layer.
- Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top, spreading it smoothly.
- Add Caramel Swirl:
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top layer of fudge.
- Use a knife or toothpick to gently swirl the caramel into the fudge, creating a marbled effect.
- Chill and Set:
- Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is firm and set.
- Cut and Serve:
- Once fully set, use the overhanging parchment or foil to lift the fudge out of the pan.
- Cut into small squares with a sharp knife.
- Store:
- Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
