Banana Split Fluff

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Banana Pudding Base:
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant banana pudding mix and the juice from the crushed pineapple until smooth and thickened.
  2. Incorporate the Cool Whip:
    • Fold in the Cool Whip until well incorporated, creating a fluffy base for the dessert.
  3. Add the Fruit and Mix-ins:
    • Add the sliced bananas, chopped strawberries, mini marshmallows, maraschino cherries, chocolate chips, and chopped nuts to the bowl.
    • Gently fold the mixture until everything is well coated with the banana pudding mixture.
  4. Chill the Dessert:
    • Refrigerate the mixture for 2-4 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the dessert to set.
  5. Garnish and Serve:
    • Before serving, garnish with additional chocolate chips, chopped nuts, maraschino cherries, dollops of whipped cream, and sprinkles for that classic banana split look.
