4-Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls

Directions:

  1. Make the Peanut Butter Mixture:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and softened butter.
    • Gradually stir in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
    • Cover the mixture and place it in the fridge for about 15 minutes to firm up.
  2. Form the Balls:
    • Using your hands, shape the dough into 1-inch balls.
    • Place the balls on a baking sheet, cover, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to hold their shape for dipping.
  3. Melt the Chocolate:
    • Melt the chocolate chips according to the package instructions.
    • If desired, add vegetable shortening or coconut oil for a smoother consistency.
  4. Dip the Peanut Butter Balls:
    • Using a fork, dip the peanut butter balls one at a time into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess chocolate to drip off.
    • Place the chocolate-covered balls onto wax paper, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
